Welcome to the family, Discipleship Adventure

The 42-Stop Family Journey is a 43-part discipleship course for children aged 4 –12 and the adults who love them.
It follows the forty-two wilderness camps listed in Numbers 33 — the real stopping places between Egypt and the Promised Land — pairing each one with a story Jesus told and a different attribute of God's character, so that by the end children have walked the whole Exodus narrative and built a forty-two-point portrait of who God is. Each weekly chapter takes fifteen to seventy-five minutes and includes the Bible story told for children, talking points split for ages 4–6, 7–9 and 10–12, an original adventure story following Joshua, Caleb and Miriam, four family activities, reflection questions for the car and the dinner table, a memory verse, and a family prayer. It is written for mixed ages around one table, handles the hard subjects honestly — grief, unanswered prayer, fear, feeling overlooked — and comes with a full teacher's manual covering session plans, safeguarding and materials. Forty-two stops. One God. One family walking it together.
